I live in the shadow of Wrigley Field and am a fanatical Chicago Cubs baseball fan, so I get excited for opening day of major league baseball!  And this year, my partner-in-wine Rob Frisch and I decided to celebrate opening day by …. opening wine! Check out this episode of “Name That Wine” for a few do’s and don’ts when it comes to opening a bottle.

Sure, I used to use one of those old-fashioned corkscrew things with the “wings” and now I can’t stand it – it’s clumsy and I just like using the classic “waiter’s wine key.” I keep one in my purse at all times (you never know when you’re going to have to pop open a bottle!) – but I do always have to remember to take it OUT of my purse before traveling, because the fucking TSA is in possession of some of my most awesome wine keys – balls!
